Oversees the Taizhou Science and Technology Bureau, Taizhou Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Taizhou Bureau of Commerce (Taizhou Office of Port Affairs), Taizhou Data Bureau (Taizhou Office of Government Services), Taizhou Market Regulation Bureau (Taizhou Intellectual Property Bureau), and Taizhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade.

Acting as a liaison with Taizhou Customs, Taizhou Maritime Safety Administration, Taizhou Branch of the People's Bank of China, Taizhou Financial Regulatory Bureau, Taizhou Association for Science and Technology, Taizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, Taizhou Post Bureau, Taizhou Office of Communications, Taizhou Telecom, Taizhou Post, Taizhou Power Supply, Taizhou Petroleum, Taizhou Tobacco, Suyan Group, Taizhou Mobile, Taizhou Unicom, financial institutions, and the Taizhou Branch of the Jiangsu Medical Products Administration (Taizhou Medical High-Tech Zone Branch of the Jiangsu Medical Products Administration).
